Shipping policy
Updated 4 October 2026. These updated terms apply only to orders placed after this policy was published. Orders placed under earlier terms, including earlier orders on this publication date, retain those terms and benefits.
Running Woman Limited dispatches orders from the United Kingdom. Here are our delivery charges and estimated times.

The £35 threshold is calculated using your order value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Our European shipping zone includes EU countries and other destinations assigned to that zone. The delivery option and charge for your address are shown at checkout.
The delivery charge and your order total are shown before you place your order. Import charges may apply to international orders, with a different arrangement for USA import duties; see the section below.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2–3 working days. Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare and send your order; it is separate from the parcel's transit time.
Delivery services and estimated transit times
- UK: Royal Mail 1st Class, estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- European shipping zone: Royal Mail International Standard (Europe), estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Other international destinations: Royal Mail International Standard, estimated 5–8 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, service disruption and local delivery conditions may affect arrival. This does not remove your rights if delivery is late or your parcel is lost or damaged.
Where we deliver
We deliver to destinations served by Royal Mail, subject to current carrier restrictions or service suspensions. If your destination is not available at checkout, email contact@runningwoman.com before placing your order so we can confirm the available delivery arrangements.
International duties and taxes
USA orders: we cover the applicable import duties handled through Royal Mail when purchasing postage. We do not charge you separately for these duties.
Other international destinations: you are responsible for applicable destination import duties and taxes, which are not included in our delivery charges. The method of collection depends on the destination and delivery service. Where recipient payment is supported, your customs authority or delivery provider may collect these charges directly. Where prepayment is required, any amount we collect from you will be disclosed before you place your order.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email contact@runningwoman.com with your order number and the details. We will help resolve the issue with the delivery provider; you do not have to pursue the carrier instead of us.
Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you have nominated to receive them. If delivery does not take place within the agreed time, your statutory rights and remedies remain available.
Returns
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns under our updated returns terms. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately, with reasonable necessary return costs covered where we are responsible.
